What to wear to the beach

When I am going to be heading down to the beach, there is only certain items that I want to wear. First and foremost is that it has to be easy to get on and off. I don't want to wear anything complicated or hard to take off. Next, it has to be casual and comfy. Nothing to tight or restricting, just a simple, laid-back kind of look.

So then what pieces do I wear to the beach....

1. Denim shorts - nothing feels more summery to me then a pair of denim shorts. So it seems super appropriate to wear to the beach. Which then they can take from the beach and into the city afterwards.

2. Flowly dresses - Another super easy and cute way to dress for the dress is to throw on a loose fitting dress to easily take off. Nothing like stepping onto the beach and it one quick movement your in your bikini.

3. Slip on sandals - You must wear sandals that are easy to take off. No boots or sneakers, just little slip on or strappy sandals. Then you don't have to worry about the sand, which is inevitably going to get on your feet.

4. Loose top - Whether it be a thin cami or a basic t-shirt. Loose and light is the way to go. Looks cute with denim shorts and easy enough to throw on and off and head out after the beach.

5. Sunglasses - My eyes are sensitive to the sun, I have to have sunglasses for the beach. Not only for the eye protection but also I think it just adds that extra summer beachy vibe.

Those are probably my top suggestions and pieces that I wear to the beach. In this outfit I am wearing a more form fitting top, but the look and style of it is very summery and was a great top to also wear into the city for shopping.
