My Top 5 beach essentials

It's that time of year when we are ready for warmer weather and we start to get that itch to getaway to the beach. Also for those in university, spring break is coming up and what better way to celebrate that time off then a relaxing time somewhere on the beach, like on the beautiful Island of St. George, listening to the crashing waves. So I have teamed up with Homeaway to give you my top 5 essentials for a beach vacation.

1. Bikini - Obviously you can't spend a vacation on the beach without your cutest bikini on so of course that would be on my number one spot. I would bring favourite Triangl and Volcom ones for sure.

2. Camera - I'm a blogger, there for I never take a trip without bringing my trusty camera to capture all the amazing moments and to forever hold those favourite memories.

3. Denim shorts - In the heat I was opt for denim shorts before dresses and skirts. It is the ultimate summer feeling to me and I love to throw on my One Teaspoon shorts, perfect for a tropical getaway.

4. Sunglasses - If I know I am going to be in the sun a lot, I have to have a pair of sunglasses with me, not only to protect my eyes from the sun and wrinkles but also it adds that extra cool summer be achy vibe.

5. Sandals - Last but not least, no beach getaway is complete with your favourite comfortable sandals to take you from the beach to a nice dinner.

I should probably mention that I should have sunscreen with me but I mean we were talking top 5 essentials and it is essential to look good not your vacation so of course those had to come first, but obviously I would bring sunscreen too. Protect that skin.

P.s. The location that I am dreaming of right now is Kauai, Hawaii. Surf, Palm trees, ocean....DREAMY!!!!
