Paris Travel diary part 1

Our first day in Paris was great and it was great for me to practice a bit of french I had learnt before going. But I am quite shy so it was still scary and I still need lots more practice. Anyways, the day started with us heading to The catacombs but the line was ridiculously long and we weren't going to wait when we had so many other places we wanted to go, so that started our morning with a bit of a rocky start. We headed back on the metro and went to The Louvre which also had a line but it didn't take to long to get in. That was great and neat to see the Mona Lisa, Michaelangelo's sculptures and a real mummy. It was a great time and after that it was time to see the Eiffel Tower, which we will see in the next post.

p.s. I can't believe its September 1st already. Fall is almost here, Summer is going by to fast and time just seems to go by fast every year. I don't like it!!! But I do like Fall dressing and that cozy time of year.
