I am a Winner

This is how I did my nails last week. I don't do my nails often anymore but I still like to do them sometimes. I saw online how someone did there nails (theirs looked much nicer) so I tried it as well. But a little different. They had did ombre and I just did black. I used a make-up sponge (the one in the picture) to put the nail polish on my nails. Didn't turn out quite as I hoped but it was still neat.

So first the obvious...base coat (and for all you people who don't use base coat....USE IT. It protects your nails)
second I wet the sponge and out the polish on the end of the sponge then sponged it around the end of the nail. However far you want to go.
third clean up around the nail, so that it all looks nice
then last but not least put on your topcoat

As well as, something I am very excited about. I won my first giveaway. I never win so when I saw that I won, I was (still am) very excited. I won one of these glasses from Etnia Barcelona. I am excited to see which one.
