Am I in a third world country?

Because this type of stuff should not be happening around here. I thought we were more civilized then that. I am SO ashamed of the Behavior of the people on the streets. People came not for the game or to support their team but stuff to be complete idiots and destroy there own city. It is absolutely unbelievable, I am so upset about it all. WOW....good job you MORONS!!!!
Here are some pictures....if there is anyone from the Vancouver area that knows anyone who did this stuff, please tell the police. This kind of behavior is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
