5 trends to buy this Fall that don't have to break the bank!

I am not one to base what I wear on the current trends, 1. I can't afford that and 2. I like to be able to wear my wardrobe for years. So I tend to just wear what I want when I want. But that doesn't mean that I don't like trends and this Fall some of the trends have been SO good. So I thought I would share my favourite trends with you that I think are not only great trends but items that can last in your wardrobe for a while and not break the bank, but if you did have money to spend then you can find some amazing designer items.

1. BLAZERS. I love a good blazer and this fall has been all about blazers, checkered, oversized, tailored, vintage...you new it blazers are the sh*t right now and I love it. A blazer is a classic piece you can add to your wardrobe no matter what your style is. You can find high end and high street, Zara does some great ones at a great price point.

2. Red. Red tops, red boots, red everything. I have never been a huge fan of red but over the course of this year it has really grow on me and lately I want to get it all. And if red really isn't your thing, any bright colour will do, pink, yellow, mustard, blue, go crazy!!

3. Hats. Now I have touched on this but in a recent post here because it's another trend I like and have been on it for a while. But baker boy hats and beret are so cool and make a jeans and t-shirt look even better.

4. Patent leather. Whether you are going for the full patent leather pants look or keeping it to the shoes, it is in and I like it. I recently bought these ones I am wearing in this look and they have been stuck on my feet ever since.

5. Straight leg denim. I think we have even gone past the point of straight leg denim being a trend, I think it is officially just a must have in everyone's closet! But if you don't have them yet, then get them now and will have a new staple and be trendy.
