Before the end of Summer, while I was back home I was able to wear one of my most playful pieces in my wardrobe. I have been wanting to come up with different ways to wear this dress because wearing it by itself is not something that you can wear lots of times. So coming up with innovative and fun ways to incorporate this dress into more outfits has been one of my challenges.

But funny enough, not a hard challenge, maybe because I find myself wanting to wear more then just your average jeans and t-shirt these days, but styling this piece has been fun. For this look I wanting to create a look that was dressed up but in a casual way. I wore this to church, so I didn't want to look too fancy and over the top, especially since most people dress quite casually but I have always been the one who if I can dress up a bit then I will. I never go out so any chance I get, I take it!!

I really liked how the minimal logo t-shirt really played off of the skirt, two pieces that you would not normally pair to together but it works. I also wanted to keep rolling with the fun and funky theme and add red earrings and an bright lip. Not something I would wear often but I really liked how the whole outfit came together.
