Pants for Spring

Forever 21 jacket / H&M top and khakis / Vans sneakers / Monki bag

In my last post here, I mentioned that khakis were on my Spring Essentials list. It's a great way to mix it up from the everyday denim that I wear. I found these at H&M and I love them. I have been wanting to find a pair of khakis for as long as I can remember but whenever I see them in store I always thought they looked unflattering on the hanger so I never took the plunge. But the last time I went it I thought these looked good so I went for it and I am so glad I did. I love the look of them, still comfortable like denim but it feels a bit lighter, if that makes any sense. The fit of them is great and it's a fun way to mix it up in my denim filled wardrobe. It's pieces like this that great me excited again about fashion and makes me have fun with getting dressed and styled up.

BTW, here in Vancouver, March was the gloomiest month ever recorded....EVER. Which is why I haven't been able to wear too many Spring items yet. Come on Vancouver, work with me so I can wear these pants more!!!
