Do more of what makes you happy

Everyone is unique and find happiness in different places. It wasn't until last year that I really realized how important it is to be happy. That everyone deserves happiness and needs to find whatever it is that gives them that.

Things that I thought use to be so important, I am realizing that maybe they aren't and things that I didn't think to look for before are. As we grow we change but no matter how we change, we are still looking for those things that bring us joy. I am still discovering mine but one things that makes me happy is being by the water. Sand, beaches, ocean, waves, seashells, surfers, fish...the list could go on but when I step onto a beach or look out to the ocean all I see is beauty and that makes me happy. I love the smell and the feeling, I find it so relaxing and beautiful which in return makes me feel happy.

But so often we forget or get caught up doing other things that we forget to do what makes us happy. So I am challenging myself and all of you that if there is a place or something that makes you happy, go there more often and remember to enjoy those moments.
