As you know if you have followed me for some time now, my boyfriend and I go on lots of hikes. A couple of weeks ago we hiked up Black Mountain to this amazing view. We had done this same hike last year and from what I had remembered, it was the hardest steepest hike I had ever done. So when we decided to do this one I was a little nervous about it. But I am proud to say that when we did this hike again it felt and seemed much easier then the first time. We had remembered it taking way longer last time. This just shows me how far I have come, health, strength and fitness wise since last year. Don't get me wrong, it was still hard but I could see my improvements and that made me feel good. Now I just got to keep up the good work with fitness and eating healthy which is a hard one for me.
